Really?
Usually don't call out anything for trades. This is hard to understand though. In no way is two 2nd's close to a 1-12. Shenanigans.
If both parties are happy, then cool. But this doesn't look right by any means.

Trade scores usually don't matter, especially when players are involved, but in a straight draft pick trade it's a good barometer.
Pick 1.12 = 1200 trade score
Pick 2.7 = 510 Pick 2.8 = 500
No question this trade is unbalanced, but much like the max contact loophole, what can I really do about it? It's not THAT unbalanced that we need to make a big deal of it, but it is unbalanced.
Denver initiated the trade so maybe he feels he'd rather have 2 players than 1, although I'm pretty sure he could have had a sweeter deal had he shopped the pick around.
At the end of the day, I have zero ability to reverse trades or manipulate anyone's roster, not that I would do that in this case even if I could. The way I see it, Denver shorted themselves on value, and that's on them.
Shenanigans? I don't think so but it's possible. The trade will stand.
