Good game Shreveport, keep knocking on the World Bowl door and you'll get in eventually. You've built a very good team as evidenced by 2 straight conference championship games, keep up the good work and best of luck in free agency/draft.
Well here we go again Warthog, Portland vs New Jersey again for World Bowl XXV. #1 offense and defense against #2 offense/defense, as flawed as this game is, we were clearly the best 2 teams this season and it's fitting we meet for the title. Good luck to you, let's have a great World Bowl.

Congratulations to Greg on the championship! New Jersey wins #4.
Nice season by Portland as well. A conference championship is a fantastic accomplishment.
Good game Warthog, sorry to end your season like this again. All I can say is keep plugging away and eventually you'll win this final game. Losing the World Bowl sucks, I've lost 5 of them myself. As far as your QB choice, it's impossible to know how you'd do if Fugate started, although he started WB XXIV and lost.
Getting back to this game next year won't be easy for either of us but best of luck to you in free agency and the draft.
Thanks for the congratulations guys, I appreciate it. It took me long enough to win back to back championships in any league, and the fact I did it in USFL with all of our top flight GMs makes it even better. It's one thing to win in MFN #666 or whatever half full number league out there, but to do it in a full league with the quality of GMs we have amazes me. Not as much as Houston being 7-0 in World Bowls here but still amazed.
I wish I had some magic secret to unlocking 4.6 I could share, but I didn't really change much from 4.5 to 4.6 other than take out all long passes from the playbook.
The Generals are gonna party like it's 1999 then it's back to work to see if we can threepeat.
GG Greg and congrats on another title. Game went about just as I expected. (Maybe I should have switched QBs to Fugate, oh well.)
It was closer than it looked. It was 16-10 in the 4th when my punter pinned you at the 3. Next time we punted it was at your 2, then Benge panicked and threw an INT.
Special teams won me this game. Those punts helped a lot, plus my kicker making 3 50+ yard FGs. If any of those kicks fail, it's a 20 yard field position swing and things would have played out on a different path.
