I'm hoping that you all consider taking a team in or at least coming to hang out in the forums.

I'm sorry to everyone that I haven't had the time in the past few months to be that competitive in this league, and I'll miss some of the epic battles in the division.

Disappointed to hear this, but I understand.

Being in the same division was both frustrating and extremely fun. I know you definitely got the better of my teams, but I was always proud the few times I could return the favor. The truth is my teams would never have been any good without your contributions. I very much respect your willingness to share information and it has raised the competition in every league on this game.

I'm very much considering joining your new league, if for nothing else but to contribute to the data collection. However, I will miss the rivalry here.

You never know when/if Seth will be back. He won Houston's first World Bowl before leaving for a few seasons, only to return, taking over Portland. I don't remember his first go around here, but Seth's profile says he also ran Orlando 1976-77.

Seth and tribewriter are the only owner/GMs to win titles with multiple teams here, both doing it with 2 teams. One day in the future, Seth might want to try to take a 3rd team all the way.

Nothing will ever be as fun as the booger rebuild in Houston. It's that guy still around? I loved his enthusiasm.

Every time I see Booger's name, I think of WKRP In Cincinnati. Dr. Johnny Fever got fired for saying "Booger" on air. Those of you younger than me, WKRP was a sitcom from the late 70's/early 80's.

Everyone is re-signed. I'll hold the team tonight so it doesn't get AI'ed in the first round of FA if Greg can't get a player to fill the spot. (Also, I'll go after some 4.6 players.)

Most every time I have posted a future opening before the current owner leaves, nobody responds or sends me PMs. That is the case now as I do not have a replacement for you yet. I can try to post about it again, and now that Admiral's league is full, it might stay at the top for awhile so people can see it.
