If the punt exploit continues to be used (San Jose I'm looking at you), that owner will be removed.

The offending owner has been removed. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse (actually no excuse was given as my PMs got no response) because that just means you didn't take time to read them.

Depending on what rule gets broken, I'll usually ask for it to be fixed before I kick someone out. I did that in this case but my PMs were ignored. That's another no-no, gotta read your PMs because sometimes they contain important information.

I do not enjoy booting people but I enjoy watching punt block exploits even less.

I had to remove him from my GM FOOTBALL LEAGUE. 3 PMs during 3 consecutive spins asking him to address roster minimums and he ignored all 3 and made no moves.

I checked his log in daily and he signed in after all 3 PMs were sent but he simply ignores them. I thought maybe it was a language issue but he has sent me several PMs including a very detailed one describing how someone is using exploits to cheat and win.

There is no excuse for not responding...when someone gets a PM it shows up immediately when you log in. Even a simply I'm busy and don't have the time would be nice so at least you have an understanding.

The thing that really bothers me is I send out a detailed disclaimer to any owner who wants to join either of my GM leagues with all the rules and an owner has to respond that they will comply with these rules.

He responded to that PM with he always follows the roster rules but then ignored them and my PMs.

Why????
