I normally choose the punter and kicker, while having kick returner on the ballot. If you missed my explanation a few days ago, I felt kick returner was a no brainer while kicker had several candidates. I suppose I could just put everything on the ballot next time, we'll see.

Punter: James Dooley, Charlotte

Kick/Punt Returner: Daniel Franks, Houston

James Dooley was 2nd in punt average, #1 in net average among qualifiers and had 62 punts land inside the 20.

Daniel Franks only returned 14 kickoffs, but he scored 2 of the league's 7 kickoff return TDs, and a 3rd was scored by teammate Anthony Fulks, so this award belongs as much to the Gamblers special teams blockers as it does Franks. While Franks did not have the league's lone punt return TD, he did return 28 punts for a 10.4 average.
