I'm in the process of looking at rookies to put on the ballot, and I wanted to recognize some teams who improved significantly in 1990.

San Jose SaberCats Finished 12-5, Pacific Division Champs after a 7-9 1989

Detroit Wheels Finished 8-8 and had a Week 16 "play in" game after a 3-13 1989

Florida Blazers Finished 6-10 and also improved their point differential greatly after a 1-15 1989

Boston Breakers Finished 7-9 and also greatly improved their scoring differential after a 2-14 1989

While only San Jose made the playoffs from this group, a 5 win improvement is awesome. Just a little more improvement and you guys can possibly have some playoff games in 1991.
