Now that I have a little bit of time freed up, I decided to do the commish rankings again. They are 100% based on stats, I plug the numbers in and that's that. I use points for, points against, rushing yards per game offense/defense, passing yards per game offense/defense,. Those categories are then added together, and like golf, lower scores are better.
I add the scores of those 6 categories together. I then do the same for penalty yards and turnover margin, and divide the sum of those 2 by 2, because they carry half weight. Same system I used before.
The commissioners rankings can down today and Houston remained at the 7th position in the rankings. There are 5 teams still undefeated after 5 weeks with the top 4 in the rankings all 5-0 followed by Chicago at 3-2 and Washington at 4-1, 5th and 6th respectively. We caught up with the Gamblers star quarterback and asked him what he thinks of being ranked 7th behind teams that have lost and his only response was:
J/J
