Also, since the game has become nothing but exploit plays on offense for many teams (not saying that AD has that game plan - I think I forced him into a lot of bad spots and his matrix went back to the waggle), I've started only caring about what I can do on defense to exploit offenses.

The only exploit play on offense that is genuinely unexploitable is the FL Hitch. The best you can do is run the FZ against it. Even then, you can't get pressure on the play.
