What should 1990's injury rate be set to?

change to 75 preseason, 100 regular season

No changes will take place during any season, so this vote will take effect for the 1990 season.

I like this because remember as the first play in preseason begins each player is at 0% conditioning.....

We have 13 votes in already and it's clear the regular season injury rate will stay at 100 for 1990. While votes are split on the preseason aspect, all 13 votes want to leave regular season at 100.

Only 20 votes, but it's 13-6-1 to change it for preseason. The changes take effect for the 1990 season.
