The Los Angeles Express is available in the USFL/WFL. This is not a rebuild -- this team is move-in ready! The Express is a playoff-caliber team in a first-year league. QB Gene Nowlin has thrown 13 TDs vs. 3 INTs. There are four offensive linemen rated 70-plus (my weights) and seven starters on defense rated 70-plus.
