Somehow, someway, the 2-6 Houston Gamblers game against the 3-5 Tampa Bay Bandits has once again been designated as the game of the Week. This is the 6th time out of 9 that my team has been recognized.
My team is 2-6 overall
My Team is 1-6 in Conference play
My Team is 0-5 in divisional play
My Team has been out scored 147-208
My Team Yards from Scrimmage is the 18th best in the league and my defense is the 26th best.

But my team is the game of the week

Sorry to the league members if I sound melancholy, but game planning for 3 hours and coming up no where close to even being competitive in the game leaves one scratching ones head and asking was it worth it

Maybe that's why you're the game of the week, cause of all the prep time you put into your team.

The "game of the week" in every MFN league is, by default, the one with the closest point spread. It doesn't matter how good or bad the teams are. But I guess that means the Gamblers are pretty evenly matched up with their opponents this season.
