philly outgunned in shoot out
by Dogboyuk75 @ 4/19/2020 1:56 pm
philadelphia faced off against playoff chasing renegades on the back of 2 wins and despite offence performing well went down in a shoot out to cyclones renegades.with oralndo starting fast and scoring 3 tds in their first 4 drives.the bell leaned heavily on brown as they tried to keep the ball out of renegades hands .it turned out to be a frustrating day as bell gained over 330 yards and moved the ball well but they couldnt convert opportunitys into tds.in the end the tale of the tape looks one sided as renegades won 28-13 and edged t.o.p 35-25 and amassed 446 yards but bell offence moved the ball at will but stalled when it matter, this was another defeat that mathmatically eliminated philadelphia bell from any possible playoff hopes.butanother performance where we believe we gave a good account of ourselves.

this episode we look at bells centers and plans.gardiner is lucky he has stud on the books in campos and hes out of contract this year and 14th year pro but its believed as long as regression and contract demands arent too ridiculous bell are interested in bringing him back.behind campos they have mcauley whose versatile depth guy along whole oline, hes also very capable on manning starting centre gig at 77/77 if campos doesnt get brought back.finally we have hernandez who is also out of contract this offseason, this guy hasnt impressed gardiners coaching staff so we have no interest in bringing him back

If you want to bring that 14 year pro back next season, it might be better to wait until our free agency period next season. If you try to resign him this year, his minimum bonus is likely to be too high for a reasonable price. If you wait, he'll be available for anyone to sign in free agency, but at his age/experience, you can likely sign him to a shorter, cap friendly contract.
