When tribewriter was running things, he switched the trade meter off when he formed the trade committee to allow unbalanced trades. This means when trying to acquire a FB via trade, you can ignore the 680 trade score and offer something more realistic like a 3rd or 4th round pick.

If you don't already know that, now you do. The system gives too high of a trade score to certain positions which results in trades like the one we're currently reviewing. I think adhering to trade scores is why Detroit gave up such a high pick in the first place.
