Injury Slider
League News/General Discussion

JDB has given us an injury slider that determines our rate of injuries. The current rate is 100 and it can be set between 0-200, or no injuries to double current injuries.

100 - Current Rate
12
75 - 75% of Current Rate
10
50 - Half of Current Rate
4
150 - One and a half times current rate
1
200 - Double Current Rate
125 - You know the math by now

If we vote to change the injury rate, the change won't take effect until 1986.

Nice to see 4 votes besides my own already. I did not include zero injuries as an option because it's not an option as far as I'm concerned.

Whatever we decide, if we find we don't like it, we can revisit our options the following season.



This is a screenshot of the slider on my edit league page. As you can see, it's 1 setting for the whole league, I can't adjust it team by team. It looks like I can adjust it at anytime, but the plan is to only change it in the offseason.

I voted 100 but have changed 2 of my leagues to 90 as a test/compromise for those that feel injuries are too high.

I'm good with whatever Greg and the consensus decide.

I'm actually considering starting a meat grinder league where injuries will be set to 200....talk about last man standing

200, man idk if I'm ready for that much aggravation. Driving around Dayton late night dodging drunk drivers is aggravating enough.

That's not a goal I'm trying to achieve. If it gets changed at all, it would be 75%, as that's second in the voting.
