I don't pay much attention to basketball or hockey, but I grew up a Celtics fan because of Larry Bird. My sister in law's cousin is currently a coach for the Celtics, and he used to play for Brad Stevens at Butler.
Hockey I barely know anything, but I root for the Blue Jackets.
I will be happy if Toronto beats Golden State and I couldn't tell you who is in the Stanley Cup finals.

What? I love football and that is the greatest sport. Baseball is second imo. Go Reds!
I live in Dayton, Ohio. Closest NBA team is in Indianapolis and before the Blue Jackets, closest NHL team was Pittsburgh. Yet Bengals and Reds are in my backyard.

I wish, though the Bengals actually expect me to pay them to be here.
What I meant was, growing up I had no reason to follow NBA or NHL. I remember staying up to watch the recording of the NBA Finals that ran at 11:35pm after the news. There was no live coverage in the 80's.
Im not following mlb at all. But i do like the bengals. Rigth now the nfl team im rooting for is the chiefs because of their Quebecer star OL Laurent Duverney-Tardif.
