I agree, of recent drafts in other leagues - this one seemed to have a lot better options in the final rounds.
I've noticed over the past 3 or so months that elite level talent (90+) is significantly reduced. I like it, it makes the middle level talent more important - and teams are having to rely on a few players in the 60's. A year ago, I would see teams that had 2 deep of 75+ rated players, and starters that were all 85+.
