Time for the league membership to vote for the USFL/WFL Hall of Fame Class of 1983. This is the league's third class. Two players each were inducted following the 1981 and '82 seasons. Remember, you can vote for as many players as you wish. Those receiving 75 percent or more of the total votes cast will be inducted. Those receiving 25 percent or more will be retained for the 1984 ballot.
