It sounds like the Super Bowl would still be credited to him but previous wins would not.
So if I take over a 4-4 team and take it to 12-4 and the Super Bowl, I would be credited with the playoff and Superbowl victories as well as an 8-0 record, and the 4-4 from before wouldn't count for or against me.
Well what worries me is that if you did take that team to a 12-4 record even though you only got credit for the 8-0 record , the playoff wins and the super bowl would that mean really that 4-4 that your team had before you took it over wouldn't count for you in that somehow someway the standings would reflect that ??
Like lets say a team who won 12-4 yet gets credit for 1 , 2 or 3 more wins than you and they should have missed the playoffs yet they get to go to the playoffs instead of you because the owner had more wins or got more credit for wins than you.
I just think if you start to open that paradox box there is always a chance it is not going to END WELL for all the parties involved.
