Re: Trade issues!

I play a horse racing game that had to do this also for the same reason. It is sad that peole cheat in online sports games, they prolly also complain about the patriots cheating as well. I am not saying this case is cheating though. It could even be simple innocent helping, but that also isnt fair to the other people.

what can you do?
There are 30 other teams in your league, try trade with them, think of it this way, it makes it an even truer test of GM superiority between you both.

And Hernendez is innocent too, correct?

No. But if the investigation revealed that there was only slightly more than a 50% chance he was involved, he'd be a free man. Except for the other murder charge.

I'm not saying Brady is not guilty. I am saying the league and their investigation didn't prove he is. Therefore, they should have just said their investigation was inconclusive and moved on.

You don't need 'beyond reasonable doubt' in civil (or other extralegal) cases.

His refusal to hand over his phone as evidence, one way or the other speaks volumes.

Goodell is in bed with Kraft so he'll get a pass and a slap on the wrist.

I think this as well - I know it's fun to be able to make the trades with your brother but not only does it make it a bit more of a challenge, it also gives you a better opportunity to get to know some of the other players together as well.

I disagree. They would have access to everything on his phone, right?

I sure wouldn't hand over my phone without a subpoena.

What if his wife has been sending him "private" photos, etc.?

Oh, and I think he was probably involved. But, if the league can't prove it anymore than they "think" he "probably" had some knowledge, they should say their investigation was inconclusive, because it is.

I agree with WarEagle on this one.

I am pretty sure if my boss ask me to have direct access tomorrow to my private phone account and conversation, I would refuse it without even ask him for what purpose he intend to have access to it. Even more, if it was to prove that I tend to fraud him.

What speak volume to me is that TB is a control freak of its environments around games. I don't believe that TB would have played an entire half with ball pressure that is not what he expect to be without noticing at all; I just don't buy it.

But "I just don't buy it" is as bad as "more probable than not" for ground basis of discipline, so without more evidence, I would have conclude that the process of ball handling after the ball is inspected by the officials should be reinforced and that Pats might be off the hook for this one. I am pretty sure that won'rt be the path that the NFL would take though.

They were asking for access to it, not take it to the moon without him being there. They asked for transcripts between him and his equipment staff, not a big ask imo.
