coaches expiry

atm I havent got the time to invest in finding better coaches and still dont fully get it; so I just wanna renew contracts and prob as cheap as poss.

this is the msg I get:

This coach is currently under contract for $2,646,000. He will not accept an offer that is less than this value.
First Year Salary $19,456,245

Seems a huge difference! Should I just change the $19m to something like 3.5m?

it depends if you have the money to give him that 19 million contract you should do it because then you would have better chance of giving more money to the cooridinators then the position coaches because your head coach has to have more money than your OC or DC then your OC and DC have to have more money than your position coaches.

Now if you don't have the money to give him that money then just give him like a contract for 2,646,001 where you give him one more penny than his current contract.

Which I do both of those give a big raise or a little raise to keep the coach which it depends on the situation my team is with money wise for coaches

At that price he's probably a positional coach, it would probably be pointless to pay a position coach that. Not to mention that with coaching salaries completely out of whack nobody bats an eye at paying 19+ mil a season for a coordinator of HC.

And you would be wrong he is his Head Coach

Lawrence Walker = https://mfn65.myfootballnow.com/coach/352

his contract is for 2,646,000

here is both of his teams

MFN 65 = https://mfn65.myfootballnow.com/team/view/32
MFN 74 = https://mfn74.myfootballnow.com/team/view/32

It has to be MFN 65 because he has 6 coaches he needs to sign awhile MFN 74 he doesn't have any where their contracts are going to expire.

You lost 2 coaches to 2 different teams , 1 coach retired and 2 of your coaches you still can get.

2 Coaches that went to 2 other different teams
Lawrence Walker your head coach went to Cincinnati = https://mfn65.myfootballnow.com/coach/352
Vincent West your Defense Coordinator went to New England = https://mfn65.myfootballnow.com/coach/161

2 Coaches that you still can get
Carl Loving your QB's coach = https://mfn65.myfootballnow.com/coach/265
Richard Wilson your secondary coach = https://mfn65.myfootballnow.com/coach/487

1 coach that retired
Sidney McPhee your offensive coordinator = https://mfn65.myfootballnow.com/coach/416

your welcome

well what i do is i try to get the great coaches for HC , OC and DC awhile i get rubbish coaches for position coaches for most part.

you can get any coach you want either be the best of each coach position or the worst of each coach position so it is basically up to you what coaches you get or want to get.

Punisher, how does the whole attendance thing work as it relates to hiring coaches?

I've been unable to hire even low level unemployed coaches, apparently because not enough $$. I'm now waiting for the league to assign me coaches. "Mercy coaches" how sweet.

I thought the $$ came from your attendance? Which brings up my next question.

I was 14-2 last season, but never had a sell out, in fact, often had games 20,000 below capacity. What does a team have to do to sell more tickets?
