So you're saying Coconuts migrated?

1st Soldier with a Keen Interest in Birds: Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?
King Arthur: Not at all. They could be carried.
1st Soldier with a Keen Interest in Birds: What? A swallow carrying a coconut?
King Arthur: It could grip it by the husk!
1st Soldier with a Keen Interest in Birds: It's not a question of where he grips it! It's a simple question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut.
King Arthur: Well, it doesn't matter. Will you go and tell your master that Arthur from the Court of Camelot is here?

actually there is a way around that where people could get immediate satisfaction

It would involve JDB giving like Commission ( i think thats the word ) to someone like lets say SETHERICK ( just a example so please dont @ me )

and then either that person if he/she was on same wavelength as JDB could post things or keep people up to date so people wouldnt get disinterested rather they would get interested and hang in there little longer OR that person would have to have a list of things people would like to know and would have to find a way to ask JDB those questions or what not then post their findings then i or one would think problem solved.

I'm pretty sure there are people who might do this for free if the information was actually given. I agree anything other than patch notes would really be a waste of time. My only issue is if something is changed.. let people know.

I would never accept money for it. I've always only given feedback on the game because I like football sims, and I want to play the best possible football sim I can.

I just don't have time anymore to participate in MFN-1. And I'm using playing the game to keep my tech skills like SQL that I don't often use polished. Game planning using SQLite DBs is much funner than trying to guess at what average means on a play card.

What’s sql again. I think it’s like computer programming right?

It's a query language for databases. You can take the CSV game files and import them into a SQL database to get better stats on how plays perform.

Or, you can do what IoT does, and have a friend that can run the db for him.

Aggressiveness (AGG%)
Aggressiveness tracks the amount of passing attempts a quarterback makes that are into tight coverage, where there is a defender within 1 yard or less of the receiver at the time of completion or incompletion. AGG is shown as a % of attempts into tight windows over all passing attempts

I need this stat. i have a qb under 4.5 who throws a higher % of incomplete passes in to double coverage than the worst nfl qb attempting such "agressive" passes. I am pretty sure my qb throws over 50% of his passes into tight windows.

And my team is near the bottom in rush defense but the average almost 10 tackle for losses a game.

I think the game is great. No, it's not perfect, but with continued love and care it can continue to improve over time.

From a business perspective, I for one would be willing to pay to play this game.

I'm sure there are other owners out there who wouldn't mind dropping $20 on a team to keep the game running along with continued improvements. I think with more dialogue and progress this game could have a profitable future from football fanatics like myself who want to compete, discuss, and run a football team.

I don't think paying per season would work as people would lose interest in repetitive payments. Maybe you charge by the team so if players want to have more than one team in another league there would be another charge. This would also keep owners active and engaged, rather than just pick up more and more teams.

I know this idea may sound too radical and some owners may not agree with it. But I believe those who enjoy playing and appreciate the work that is put in from JDB understand that this game with flaws is better than no game at all.
