This is just a general argument not necessarily meant for the team at hand ...

I think a missing point here also is how a non maintained team messes up playoff spots.

If a final playoff was down to you and someone else. And you had to play a competitive owner vs the other owner playing a non maintained team .. and you lost. That to me is an issue.

Everyone can't play the Browns .. lol

I don't necessarily think there should be limit on teams, but at some point there needs to be a safety net regarding overall ownership records.

Well considering 3 people (Gustoon, lellow2011) were attacking him i decided to try my best to defend him from those attacks.

But i think this thread is either bullying or has been malicious (in that you all dont know what he is going thru in life and why he is doing what he doing and you all think he doesnt care about this game and/or his teams yet he may very well care about this game and/or his teams)


i really think if there was something amiss that really JDB would involve himself and considering he hasnt done anything to him i think you all need to drop it and let it go.

Ha ha get away! If I was attacking him, you'd know it. I am not, merely stating that he comes into a league then puts in zero effort and has been mentioned before screws the balance of the league up. In all honesty I would prefer a CPU owner rather than someone who's bitten off or who flat out just doesn't care owning a team.
You need to drop the whole caped-crusader thing, its just not needed.

i probably should but i would want someone to defend me like i tried to defend him (even though it is debateable if i did a great job or i hit every tree in the forest) especially if i wasnt online and there was a discussion about me.

Yet the really only way that someone would try to defend me is if i did try to defend someone else because well things do come back to you if you defend someone you will be defended , if you treat someone like **** you will be treated like **** , etc.

well, IF and WHEN he logs back in maybe he or she would like to explain and defend themselves ;)

Uh. 33 Teams? If that's true, I cannot fathom! I have only been in the mix here at MFN for a little more than 2 months. I just recently snagged my 2nd team, and THAT is plenty!

Even with the little knowledge I've picked up on running a team - I have spent A LOT of time on these two. I can't imagine what it will be like once I learn all of the particulars of the game (as many of you posting on here clearly have) how much MORE time I will be spending in the future.

How can anyone have the time to run more than 5? I will probably be pretty happy running 2.

The mention was made by someone that they weren't necessarily in favor of limiting the number of teams a person can have, but I would have to say that maybe it should be considered based on the original concerns of the poster in this thread.
