Here is an example of a game where there was 10+ INTs total between the two QBs and this is a trend happening in all leagues and as mentioned, both QBs are at 100 for pass accuracy. Even most of the WRs are at 100 for pass catching. I own the one team and we hardly ever throw deep and the QB threw 10 picks. Most of the plays are short-medium passing plays.
https://private75.myfootballnow.com/box/415756 pass attempts out of 75 offensive plays ...and you are really bewildered that your team throwing a bunch of interceptions against a team that did obviously an excellent scouting on your teams offensive game plan?
I completely agree.
If I played a team that was so obviously unable to run the ball, I'd just line up passing defense all day long and enjoy the free win.
I don't really look at my stats in games. I've had games where I almost lost because of turnovers. I've seen games in my league where there's 7 fumbles from one team.
It doesn't really matter to me. What matters is that I balance my gameplan to keep my opponent honest. I'm in division with Denver who are statistically much better on offense and they beat me on offense when we played. But I won the game. My run offense was able to churn out the important yards and I scored on my yardage.
I tend to favor the throw, but I'd never throw it long if I knew that I couldn't run it, that's just giving it away easier in an already easy-to-lose game. Peyton Manning suffered too when the opponents knew they couldn't run it for their life.
