I'm getting this message even though I have NO contracts out???

Current Contracts: $74,584,742 ... Pending Contracts: $23,520,182
Min for Open Spots: $186,159 ... Remaining Cash Flow: $-5,211,389

WARNING: You do not currently have enough cash flow to make this offer. You will still be able to submit this offer now, but it will only be accepted if you have other pending offers that will reduce your cash flow or if this offer's acceptance will result in a reduced cash flow.

The 'pending contracts' is including the contract you are currently offering, if it exceeds the contract of the coach you are replacing (or if it is a raise for the given coach).

When you open the contract form (which I assume is where you saw this) the default contract is populated, so you are seeing the chart based on if you submitted the offer. If you change it the chart above will change.

Ah right I get it, but really can't be assed with coach contracts
