I think for young coaches, when you go to the search coach page, they should have the potential to improve in certain areas, especially if they have been employed to a team before.

Not a bad idea, but to give an opposing viewpoint I kinda like the uncertainty. IRL, I think that it's tougher to gauge coach potential the same way you would a player.
