Would it be possible too let us make a higher offer on contracts in details.This way we wont have too withdraw an offer and can just raise on someone.Just have a button too make new offer.

You don't have to withdraw an offer to make a new one, you can just open up the contract form and change whatever you wish. The withdraw checkbox is there if you just want to pull out the offer completely.
