How about adding this so teams that do lose big name FA's will get something back if another team signs a top FA. I wouldnt expect this to be higher then a 3rd round pick
How many ever hit FA though? Presumably the scheme doesnt apply to players cut or traded. The only big players hitting FA would generally be the 1 year deals; people just offer 2 yr deals as standard.
