as the title of the thread says there is 2 things I would like to change when hiring a coach which they are as follows:

1.What position each team offered that coach
Inside the coach's transactions you only see the dollar amount that each team gave him .
What I would like to change is you can see what position each team offered him that he rejected
by doing this will TIE into #2 what I would like to change.

2. Have the position play a factor into what job offer the coach will take
Now if you were to do #1 then really then this one work in that if someone had offered a better position than someone else to that coach then really that person should be able to get the coach.
unless of course the coach wanted more money but a lesser position.


Reason for these 2 ideas is because of this = http://mfn16.myfootballnow.com/coach/224

that coach took the Defensive Coordinator position with Buffalo which really only offered 51,030 more money for that position than Washington (me btw) who was offering the Head Coaching position to him.
The real kicker is he is a 87 at DC awhile he is at 86 as a HC .
Yet he did reject Tampa Bay , Cleveland , New England and Baltimore also.
Which I think I know which position each team offered.
Tampa Bay had to offer everything but the DC because that one is the only one higher than the coach in question in the ratings he has.
Cleveland had to offer everything but the HC or the OC because those 2 are the only ones higher than the coach in question in the rating he has.
New England had to offer a Position Coach positions to him because that teams HC , OC and DC are higher than the coach in question in the ratings he has.
Baltimore had to offer the DC or one of the position coach positions to him because the HC and OC are higher than the coach in question in the ratings he has.

So you are telling me he is going to take the DC from buffalo for more money instead of taking position coach of DL/OL/K position with Cleveland/New England/Cleveland/Baltimore where he would have higher rating and of taking HC position with Tampa Bay/Washington where he would have been a head coach instead of being a DC yeah like that makes any sense at all.

So with this idea put into place I could see the other teams who offered him a job what position they were offering and if it was a better position either be making him a higher in the ratings of his coaching rating or a better job I would see him going to those jobs instead of a job with Buffalo which doesn't make any sense except he got more money and he is 1 point better there than at HC.
