If your "draft cap" was less than the "Room Under Cap"; you're fine.

After the draft concludes and late FA begins, the caps will update. If you are over the cap, you can still void without a cap hit.

Kinda hard to tell since your draft is concluding. Unless you add your draftees contracts ..

...for this year. If 1st yr w/ that team, I would suggest doing some beach combing to weed out high cost, cap effective players to cut or put up for trade to prep for the next season. Yes, this season's EOS starts in late FA ;)
Look for FAs to replace the high cap impacts when/if possible. Also, I'd look to time and combine those cuts with presentations on the waiver wire that are improvements/cap savings to prep for next yrs draft and eos resigns. Do not cut someone you hope to replace via the waiver until you have acquired the waiver.
Always remember that every draft pick can be a star relative to their rd picked and rating, so treat picks appropriately. Draftees will often be the best value short term (4yrs) from a cap perspective.
Correct me, plz someone, but cap goes up 5%/yr?
If you are not new, likely I'm Cpt. Obvious, if ya are, it'l take some practice. Lot of info here in the forums.
Best of luck!

That was for the 7th rounder not picked yet...or the draft had to complete . ...he was always 36 mil under

Sometimes, grizzled veterans ask obvious questions in order to find out what *other players* know. Is that the case here?

Room under cap and cap needed for draft picks updates immediately after each pick is made.

The problem is how do you handle free agency without already knowing this. Before the draft the "room under cap" number is the total under the cap. Needed for draft picks must be subtracted from that number to figure out the amount available to sign free agents or extent players in the last year of contract.

Just curious since the sheer volume of teams owned by the OP times the length in time those teams have been owned (15-16 seasons in some cases) means you have approximately player 600 seasons total.
