First of all, nice user name, Go Raiders although I am not a fan of Chucky. As for INTs, it could be any number of things and it's hard to pinpoint without seeing your roster. Does your QB have high accuracy? Are your receivers getting open or are they stuck in mud? Do you have a balance of run/pass or do you run exclusively passing plays from any offensive set? Defensively, I find it easier if my opponent always throws out of the 1-1-3 or whatever.
If you are satisfied with the answers to the questions above, analyze your offensive plays, perhaps change some.
Much like having a RB with a 100 avoid fumble, QBs with 100 accuracy will still throw INTs sometimes. Good luck to you.
