I would say that it depends.
We are currently looking at a number of things. So depending on what gets addressed in 0.4.3 and what gets addressed in 0.4.4, it could be a shorter or longer time frame.
Some things look good:
1) QB decisions are better
2) DB M2M coverage seems better, but still being tested
Some things are just starting initial testing:
1) No more play overuse penalties for non-blitz defensive plays (so no more exploiting your opponent's base defense with overuse)
Some things don't look good yet:
1) WR stutter mechanics might be disrupting ball placement (not sure yet) or it could be #2 below
2) We're just starting to look at the wobbly pass mechanics that affect QB accuracy (which are a thing that happens silently in standard leagues right now I'm pretty sure)
3) Pretty sure that the play matrix or the rules engine got broken some how
