I'm fairly new here.. still learning the mechanics myself. But IMO I feel like 49 COULD be good..or bad. Lower the value there faster they pull your tired players.. unless you have good depth at each position i feel like you should keep the value towards the higher (60). I personally run 55 for the most part depends on the team.
If anyone vet here has more detailed input of where they keep their values and why.. please speak up. As i said I'm still learning myself.
