Actually only half kidding. You had Marcus Allen as well, and I was playing KC with DT and NT.
I liked to alternate carries because going heavy on one back usually leads to injuries (Barry Sanders was classic for that on Tecmo).
4 times I got destroyed by DT 'knowing the play' on my play, and 4 times Bo Jackson emerges from the scrum without anyone diving on him in the pile. I think only 3 of those 4 he actually scored... so in reality it was 6 TD on 3 Carries (and obviously they were Fumble Return TDs, not actual Rushes).
I also had a game where Jerry Rice had 2 Fumble Recover TDs after I threw INTs deep down field inside the 5. Silly hail mary plays at the end of the Half and End of the Game... counted to 4, let it rip (usually a huge play... it's Jerry Rice)... and Oakland picks them both off, then promptly fumbles as the ball flops around into the End Zone.
But NOTHING is better than Christian Okoye... get him to Excellent and just sit down the controller.
I loved any guy who could "plow" as we called it. Muster, Heyward, Mack, could plow most defenders when excellent .
That bomb was crazy...Miller to Rison!..worked great. Even when Marino rocked a pass the whole field Duper was there for the jump catch.
My buddy racked up well over 150 sacks in one season with Dan saleaumua the DT for KC! Just by going down a bit and diving forward . .....
My favorite guy to play with was Chuck Cecil. When he picked it off or returned a fumble...he would get super speed. I think I had over 20 interceptions for something like 900 yards and like 9 or 11 return TDs .
I hated the boost the computer received the deeper the season went, but really enjoyed the human on human games.
Did you guys every play "baseball stars"? That game was beyond its time. Too bad they let the maker of neo geo take over that game. I pretty much disliked all Nintendos sport simulations, but early on they we're tops.
I loved "double dribble" too! Hmmmm...... The good old days. I'm old!
