Either the calculation is wrong or the display. Or there is a serious, but super weird, bug.
EDIT: The calculation is definitely wrong. Take the numbers from my team:
Pittsburgh 4.25 17 (T) 1.75 13 (T)
In the first four games, I have had 4, 8, 3 and 2 penalties for a total of 17. This works out to 4.25 per game as is show.
My opponents have had penalties of 7, 2, 6, and 5 for a total of 20. This works out to 5 per game and not 1.75.
